What is Elementor Template Kit?
Elementor Template Kit is a collection of pre-designed templates and blocks that are specifically created to be used with the Elementor page builder in WordPress. These kits provide a cohesive set of page designs and elements that can be used to build an entire website quickly and easily.
How can I get your Elementor Template Kits?
Our products are exclusively sold on Envato. Please avoid downloading from unauthorized sources or purchasing from other platforms, as it is illegal and potentially unsafe. Meanwhile, our free Elementor Templates are available here.
How to use Elementor Template Kit?
- Download your kit file from Envato and do not unzip it. If you use Safari browser you may need to ensure “Open safe files after downloading” is disabled in the browser preferences.
- Go to Settings > Permalinks and ensure Post Name is selected
- Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New and ensure Hello Elementor is installed and activated. This will prompt you to install Elementor if you haven’t already.
- Go to Plugins and ensure Elementor and Envato Elements are installed and at the latest version.
- Go to Elements > Installed Kits and click Upload Template Kit Zip (or click your kit to view it)
- Check for the orange banner at the top and click Install Requirements to load any plugins the kit uses. https://envato.d.pr/ughD8Q
- Click import on the Global Kit Styles first. This will setup the site settings.
- Click Import on one template at a time in the order shown. These are stored in Elementor under Templates > Saved Templates and are re-used from here.
Do your Elementor Template Kits require Elementor Pro?
No, our kits work with the free version of Elementor. No upgrade required.
Missing the style.css stylesheet
Please keep in mind that it is not a WP theme, it is an Elementor Template Kit (as described in the title and product description). The installation is slightly different from WP theme. Read: How to use Elementor Template Kit.
Imported Kit Templates are empty. What’s wrong?
Make sure you have activated Flexbox Container (Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > Active). Save and re-import the templates.
How to setup Header and Footer?
- Import the header and footer template
- Go to ElementsKit Lite > Header Footer and click Add New button
- Give it a title and select Header, Display on Entire Site and click Publish
- Click Edit with Elementor
- Click the gray folder icon to access My Templates tab and select the header template to import and Update.
- Repeat for Footer
Menu not showing
- Default WP block theme hides the menu options from the dashboard. After activating the Hello theme, the menu will appear under WP dashboard > Appearance > Menus.
- Create your menu and add menu items on it.
- To view it on your header, drive to Appearance > ElementsKit Header & Footer > Header > Click the Navigator on the bottom left > Select Navigation Menu > Select your menu name you’ve created before
How to setup Mega Menu?
Make sure Megamenu module is ON from ElementsKit > MODULES
1. Add Menu
- Click on Create a New Menu
- Provide Menu Name > Create Menu
- Expand Custom Links > Provide URL and Link Text > Click on Add to Menu.
- Add other Menu Items at the same way.
- Check the checkbox “Enable this menu for Megamenu content” > Click on the Mega Menu with Setting Icon on which Menu item you want to add the Mega Menu.
2. Customize Megamenu Content
- A popup will open, toggle the Mega Menu enable option then Save, after that click EDIT MEGAMENU CONTENT button
- Setting tab: Select Mega Menu Width. Select Mega Menu Position.
- Click Save.
Create Off-Canvas Menu
- From the WordPress Dashboard, navigate to ElementsKit > Widgets, scroll to the Header Footer section, and make sure the Header Off-Canvas option is toggled on.
- Next, go to ElementsKit > Header > Open Header with Elementor > Click the menu off-canvas button at the top right > Edit content.
- This will open a new Elementor window. Click the folder icon at the bottom > Select the “My Templates” tab > Insert the previously imported off-canvas template.
